Chris Baker is a genuine 'asshole". They had to get him off the air in Houston because, word on the street was MS-13 was about to "kick off in his ass" for his negative portrait of Spanish speaking people. THAT WAS GOING TO BE WONDERFUL..,,.because Chris Baker is a racist asshole. You'll have a piece of garbage.

Yes, I agree with you.But nothing is in our hands. As the demand is more than the production/availability rate, it generally happens

I was doing a search to find out what happened to Dan Conry, and fell onto this thread. I must say I agree with a lot of the opinions about Chris Baker. I did not like him at first, and have only grown to lukewarm status as far as liking him. Four hours is a little much to take, after having Dan to listen to for so long.
As other listeners mentioned, he was the reason I started listening to KTLK. I first heard him while station surfing one evening while waiting for my son, and discovered conservative talk radio had come to the Twin Cities. Evening was not a good time for me to try to listen to radio, but I tuned in whenever possible. When he moved to days when I could listen, I was elated. I felt sorry for the night time listeners who lost him though. He made me laugh out loud, and the show content was superb.
I got a little nervous when his times started changing, and was disappointed when he moved to an early slot, and I could only listen for the last part of his show. Then he was gone. Let me tell you he is truly missed! I look forward to the day when he is back on the air somewhere and has a podcast I can download. Too bad the clear channel empire messed this one up.

Here's something to dwell on. Why is Obama saying that America is, "No longer a Christian nation?" Obama is only 50% Black and he says he is Black. The United States is almost 80% Christian and Obama says we're not a Christian nation. What is he thinking? 57 states? As far as Christians are concerned, Barack Obama and his Abortion and other issues -- and voting record -- are of serious concern.

I enjoyed the movie. It does reveal some alarming facts about the evolution thought. but I think most people already know but don't think it has any roots to harm everyday life. I would just encourage others to see it and keep a open mind. and draw your own conclusions.

If you're not enraged, you're not paying attention.

Clearly, you're paying attention.

At lease those of us who have studied Austrian economics
(http://mises.org) don't have to suffer the abject terror
which is surely torturing the Supply Side and Neoclassical
scholars, as monsters they think to be impossible lurch out
of the toxic waste pool of our fiat money economy, and
threaten to eat their Keynes Addled brains.

All I know is, if they take Jason off, that is it for me. Dans absence now is hard to take, but I can listen to Chris and Langdon (not as funny as Dan), I like Glen Beck but 10 at night? im in bed. Sean is boring and repetitive and insulting, Rush is just...Rush. Jason is the best and if they do away with him I am done with KTLK. I am happy they took John Heinz away I like politics. If I want boring talk about shallow stupid stuff, Ill listen to KDWB or B96 , but I like intelligent talk (or at least talk w/substance)or no talk at all.

Thank God Chris Baker is back on the air. We have missed him in Houston more than you believe. They replaced him with some windbag former city councilman who just has a entitled opinion of everything and cannot see the world from a working man's view.

What I liked about Chris was that he wasn't drinking anybody's Kool-Aid. He uses common sense to form his opinions. While he is conservative, he calls out both Republicans and Democrats when its called for.

I wonder if I can get this station on my Sirius otherwise I'll listen online.
