How long were the original fairy tales?
I was thinking to write some fairy tales. As creative as I can do whatever he wants, I would try and follow the standards of the original fairy tales. They were the original fairy tale books REAL whole or cut?
Relatively short. If you Google Grimm Fairy Tales you find that most are between one and ten pages. Some of the longest could be in the range of 25 pages. Many fairy tales are a little darker than Disney portrays them, however. Many of them include the mutilation and death. I included a link to a site full of Brothers Grimm.
